Santos Cavazos, III
Chief Operating Officer
Santos was born and raised in the Panama Canal Zone. After graduating, in 1994, from the University of Texas–Pan American, he served as a Logistics Officer in the US Marine Corps until 1999. Following the Marine Corps, he worked in the rail and industrial development industry in South Texas for 18 years as a Terminal Operations Manager for Union Pacific Railroad and as the General Manager of La Salle Railway and Industrial Park.

Michael Gilliard
Director of Strategic Operations
Michael grew up in Jacksonville, FL in a Navy family. He received his BA from Florida State University and his master’s degree from Central Michigan University. Michael has had the opportunity to live and study throughout the US and Europe.
Michael has worked in multiple states as both an independent and company adjuster. He has developed training and project development for multiple carriers.
In his spare time, Michael has an affinity for sport cars and motorcycles.

Bessie Richardson
Mitigation Technician
Bessie began her mitigation experience 10 years ago. She joined Allied in September 2020 in our Baton Rouge branch where she worked for two years and then moved to our Orlando, FL branch September 2022. Bessie was born in New Orleans, Louisiana and raised in Baton Rouge. Bessie has raised four children, 3 girls and one boy. Bessie moved to Orlando, Florida in 2022. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her eight grandchildren.

Johnathan Mobley

Johnathan began his mitigation experience 9 years ago in the Miami, FL area. He joined Allied in December 2024 in our Jacksonville Branch. Johnathan was born and raised in Miami, FL. After high school he joined the Marines in 2011 and served until 2015 with an Honorable Discharge. Johnathan has an eight-year-old daughter and an American Bulldog that he loves spending time with. In his free time, he likes to play basketball, video games, and spend time with his family

Mike Brown
Branch Manager
Mike grew up in Louisiana before going to college to play football in 1994. Upon graduation from college in 1998 he began in the restoration business part time while playing Arena Football. Mike chose to get into restoration full time in 2000, Joining a National Restoration team. He enjoys the industry because “I love to take a loss situation and put it back to pre-loss condition.” When not at work you will find him on the football field coaching, at his son’s college football games, or spending time with his grand kids.

Devonne Lucas
Project Manager
Devonne started as a realtor in Jacksonville, FL in 2014. While working to get homes ready to be put on the market he became more involved in the construction side of the business. He began working with construction companies that provided all the services needed, such as plumbing, electrical, exterior repairs and landscaping. Devonne is originally from New York. He attended West Virginia University after high school. He has three children and two of them are very involved in sports. When not working Devonne enjoys traveling, playing sports and spending time with his family.

Henry Castro
Project Manager
Henry was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Perth Amboy, NJ. He earned a degree from Middlesex County College in Business Administration. Then he started his own Construction and Remodeling company and has over 20 years of experience across multiple aspects of constructions including renovation, rebuilds, and custom woodworking. He remodeled properties that needed major renovations. The projects included replacing flooring, structural interior, bathrooms, and kitchens.
Henry and his wife have two adult children and four grandchildren. In his spare time Henry enjoys going to church where he served as a Minister and enjoys reading theology books.

Christian, originally from Colombia, moved to Orlando, Florida and has been working in the water restoration industry since 2018. He is known for his responsibility and organization at work.

Chris grew up in San Diego, California where his first job was working for his parent’s company as a floor covering installer’s helper. Upon graduation in 1990, he began in the Specialty Contractor industry as a flooring and window covering installer. In 1996, Chris began working as a water restoration and cleaning technician. Over the years he has been on both the mitigation and reconstruction side of the business and was a Licensed General contractor in the State of California until 2011 when he moved his family to Texas. He enjoys the industry because “I get to help people through a traumatic situation back to normalcy and the job offers something different every day”. Chris relocated to Texas with his wife and Kids. When not at work you will find him Exploring all that the Great state has to offer. He loves to travel and Experience new things.

John Fox
Project Manager
John was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and went to Stephen F. Austin State University where he graduated with a BBA in Business with a focus on Real Estate and Insurance. He comes to Allied Restoration and Construction with over 20 years’ experience working with TPAs including water and property damage. In addition to insurance, he has over 20 years’ experience in real estate/property management including managing and remodeling single-family homes. John is married to his wife of 22 years and together they have two teenage sons who keep them busy with sporting activities. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and watching sports.
